Brian began his legal career serving Maine citizens in 1997 after obtaining his Masters degree in Political Science with a minor in History and Business Administration from the University of Maine in 1994 and his J.D. from Western New England Law School and Maine Law School in 1997.
In addition to his private practice, Mr Condon has spent a lot of time coaching youth soccer, hockey, basketball, baseball and softball. He volunteers with the Volunteer Lawyers Project and does free tax work with the IRS free tax program. While in Law School, Brian worked with the City of West Springfield in their indigent services program.
Brian has always had a passion for zealous and creative representation of those who believe that there is no hope. He consistently advocates zealously on behalf of all clients in the areas of Family Law, Estate Planning and Probate, Real Estate, Home Construction Law, Contracts and Tax Law.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, Robin Noel Richard-Condon, Daniel Condon, Sara Condon and Nikki Decker. He enjoys boating, mountain biking, 4-wheeling, and hiking.
Mr Condon is a member of the State Bar of Maine and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all trial courts in Maine, the Maine Supreme Court, U.S. Tax Court and U.S. Federal Court system.
